JEVS Supports for Independence JEVS Supports for Independence is a non-profit human services agency serving seniors and individuals with disabilities in PA, DE and OH. Our mission is to empower seniors and individuals with disabilities to self-direct their own services, enabling them to remain independent and in their own homes with high quality personal assistance, human resource, service coordination, and fiscal supports. Lebanon County Housing Authority Lebanon County Housing Authority’s mission is to provide affordable housing and housing assistance to the residents of Lebanon County. The Authority operates twelve housing developments consisting of 630 dwelling s at various locations in Lebanon County. The developments offer various housing options to seniors, persons with disabilities and families. The Authority also operates the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program which provides private market rental assistance to program participants. The Lebanon County MH/MR/EI program provides services to Lebanon County residents who have certain mental health diagnoses or a diagnosis of mental retardation / intellectual disabilities. Through case management, MH/MR/EI provides intake, assessment, and coordination of the following services: outpatient psychotherapy, psychiatric and psychological evaluation, medication monitoring, residential programs for the mentally retarded / intellectually disabled, vocational and social rehabilitation, short-term inpatient, partial hospitalization and 24-hour emergency services. Consultation and education services are available upon request. Lebanon Ridge Community Health Lebanon Ridge Community Health accepts all Medicaid (including Gateway) and Medicare plans, and most private insurance plans. Lebanon Transit has three divisions: Fixed Route (bus), Express Services and Paratransit. Lebanon Transit Fixed Routes buses operate six days a week, Monday through Saturday. We travel throughout Lebanon County, with additional service into Hershey, Hershey Medical Center and Harrisburg. We also operate a special route to the Park City Mall every Saturday. All of our buses are wheelchair lift equipped. For schedule information please call 717-273-3058, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Lebanon Transit Paratransit vans provide curb to curb service to and from any area within Lebanon County. All of our vans are wheelchair lift equipped and we operate service Monday through Saturdays. Mental Health Association of Lebanon County The MHA provides educational programs on mental health, brain health, mental illness, prevention and treatment of mental illness and recovery from mental illness; Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) classes, depression/bipolar and anger management for men support groups, suicide prevention programs, referral and information services, advocacy services, and a directory of behavioral health providers available to Lebanon County residents. Quality Employment Services and Training, Inc. (QUEST, Inc.) has been serving the Lebanon Valley for over 50 years. QUEST is a community benefit organization that is dedicated to providing vocational opportunities which empower people with disabilities and other vocational disadvantages to achieve a quality of life of their own choosing.
